Are your items pre‑orders?

Yes. For our first drop, all DbDa items are offered as pre‑orders.

This approach allows us to launch thoughtfully, meet demand, and avoid over‑producing. After our initial release, we plan to move toward holding stock for future drops.

We’ll always clearly indicate on product pages whether an item is available as a pre‑order or ready to ship

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 5 weeks from the date of purchase, which includes:

  • Up to 2 weeks for production
  • Up to 2 weeks for shipping to us
  • Around 1 week for processing and dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Who do you ship with?

We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post.

All orders are sent with tracking. Delivery timeframes after dispatch may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network.

What size should I choose?

We recommend checking our Sizing Chart before placing your order to find the best fit.

If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. However, we’ll always try to help where we can.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
