Refund policy

We want you to love your DbDa purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags are still attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to you.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
