Refund policy
We want you to love your DbDa purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Pre-Orders
All of our products are currently sold on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is not available for immediate dispatch
- Estimated shipping timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change
Orders for pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Order Canellations
We do not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Exceptions may apply where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
