Product Information & Pre-Orders DbDa currently operates on a pre-order model for its product releases. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that: - The item is not available for immediate dispatch - Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change - Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or external factors outside our control Pre-orders are considered final once placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required under Australian Consumer Law. We will always clearly indicate on product pages whether an item is available as a pre-order or ready to ship.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. Once orders have been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to Australia Post’s processes. DbDa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellations
