First Drop: Pre‑Orders

For our initial release, DbDa items are offered as pre‑orders.

This allows us to launch thoughtfully, meet demand, and avoid over‑producing. After our first drop, future releases may include stocked items depending on availability.

All pre‑order items will be clearly labelled on product pages.

As all items in our first drop are sold on a pre-order basis, all orders are considered final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified. By placing an order, you agree to the estimated production and delivery timelines outlined in this policy.

Processing and Dispatch Timeframes

Please allow approximately 5 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be dispatched. This timeline includes:

Up to 2 weeks for production
Up to 2 weeks for shipping to us
Around 1-2 week for processing, packing, and dispatch

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary slightly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post.

Delivery times after dispatch will vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery network. DbDa does not guarantee delivery timeframes once parcels are with the carrier.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking.
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather events
High‑volume periods (e.g. public holidays)

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is subject to their standard terms and conditions.
